Cleaning & Care
- Professional cleaning: professional cleaning is recommended; avoid chemical cleaning agents
- Everyday cleaning: use a brushless vacuum — new rugs shed for a while and need frequent vacuuming
- Direction: always vacuum in the direction of the pile
- Rotation: rotate the rug twice a year to avoid uneven wear
- Furniture protection: use pads under the feet of heavy furniture to prevent damage
- Sunlight: avoid prolonged exposure to strong sunlight to prevent fading
- Surface protection: the rug's underside may transfer colour, so use a protective pad on delicate surfaces
Shipping & Returns
Orders ship via FedEx within 5–10 business days; shipping costs are shown at checkout. If an item arrives damaged, we cover the cost of the return.
In case of unforeseen circumstances, please contact us to start a return and provide your order details. Refunds are processed within 10 days of receiving the returned item. Pre-order items are final sale.
