Test a colour at home before you decide. Bio Paint samples let you feel this plant-based paint's fine, velvety matte texture and colour depth directly on your own wall — screen colours rarely match how a finish actually reads once applied.

What's inside

Hand-painted sample cards covering all 33 colours of the first Bio Paint collection, developed with Danish gallerist and interior curator Tina Seidenfaden Busck: Atelier White, Parchment White, Ivory, Venetian White, Silent White, Poetic White, Bluish White, Moon Grey, Heirloom Grey, Linen, Powder, Blush, Faded Iris, Balthus Purple, Peach, Carmine Red, Bloomsbury Brown, Lemon, Canary, Butter, Bell Green, Charleston Green, Folk Green, Sage, Mint, Holiday Green, Emerald, Lagoon, Pale Celadon, Skye Blue, Brauner Blue, Larsson Blue, and Indigo. Each colour is hand-painted onto a card rather than printed, giving a truer sense of Bio Paint's velvety matte finish.

How to use the samples

Hold each card up against the wall you plan to work on, and watch how the colour shifts across natural and artificial light through the day. Bio Paint is ready to use straight from the tin; for a test patch, you can thin it with up to 10% water and apply two coats for the closest read on the finished result.

A note on colour variation

Bio Paint is formulated with natural minerals and plant-based ingredients, and slight variation in colour is possible between batches, including between the sample and your ordered batch. Before placing a large order, we recommend confirming the colour against the actual batch you'll be using, and always test-applying to the wall before full-scale application.
